AMAZING

After having just about the worst experienced EVER at my last apartment, it was so refreshing to move here and be treated ... with respect. Jared and Tasha are two of the nicest and most helpful people. When I first got my keys I was accidentally put in the wrong unit, I wanted a more updated unit and what I got was one of the lesser updated units... Tasha had the issue fixed by the end of the day so I was still able to move in on time. I can't thank the office and the maintenance staff enough for the help they've provided me with! Great place to live

I have lived at WatersEdge for two years and I could not be more pleased with every aspect of this property. A young lady ... works hard to keep the grounds free of litter. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. Landscaping is beautiful. Residents are quiet. Staff is knowledgeable & efficient. Loving watersedgeapts

I have nothing bad to say about Waters Edge Denton. I moved to Texas/ Water Edge in September last year and I have had nothing ... but the best experience to date. The staff is wonderfully awesome. Ms. Tasha is respectful, polite helpful and business minded. All the staff at this community are pleasant they take your request if there's issues they solve them maintenance come on time and do what they need to do for repairs I love living here! I live in a one-bedroom spacious apartment the appliances match, the up-to-date, this property is quiet is peaceful there is no loitering on the property they keep it well maintained. The grounds re keep up, trash this always picked up it's just a very nice place to live and I would recommend Watersedge Denton to any one that asked. Keep up the good job guys cause you doing it well, i don't think there could be a better fit for this job but you all that's here now and thank you for accepting me into your community and hope that you continue to be management team over this property for a long time to come.
